Kanthi Group, a leading real estate developer, aimed to launch their premium Spanish-style villa project, Ravista, in ECR Chennai. With villa prices starting from ₹4.5 crore, they sought to attract high-value buyers but struggled with traditional marketing methods that failed to generate sufficient leads and site visits. The challenge was to create a compelling brand presence and effective digital marketing strategy to reach potential buyers.
